About

Innervision was the first Black-led social enterprise to set up in Liverpool in 2000. Innervision brings over three decades of experience across various domains, underscoring its commitment to equality, diversity, and social inclusion.

In Consultancy and Facilitation, Innervision has a proven track record in advising clients and leading multinational partnerships to achieve significant outcomes in these areas. Its work has made a lasting impact across a variety of sectors, establishing Innervision as a leader in advancing social inclusion and diversity.

Innervision’s Research, Evaluation, and Social Impact initiatives, often commissioned by public sector bodies and funding agencies, allows the organisation to conduct thorough research into the needs of disadvantaged communities. It formulates actionable recommendations that have been successfully implemented to enhance service provision. Collaborations with local authorities, government agencies, universities, and charities have contributed to meaningful change across these sectors.

In Delivering Training, Innervision has in the past delivered both basic and advanced programmes in equality, diversity, and cultural competency for a wide range of organisations, including VCSEs, public, and private sector organisations. These training programmes built capacity and fostered inclusive environments, helping participants better engage with diverse communities.

Through Coaching and Mentoring, Innervision worked with civil service managers, equality managers, senior leadership teams, Boards, small business owners, and unemployed youth to enhance performance, capacity building, and employability coaching, focusing on those specialising in equality, diversity, and social inclusion.
