Coaching and Mentoring

Innervision associates are supported by Joanne who has been an accredited coach for 14 years , with a diploma in coaching and mentoring from The Oxford School of Coaching of Mentoring (Senior Practitioner Level and ILM Level 5 Equivalent).

Joanne has coached to improve performance, capacity, and employability with a wide range of people from different sectors; civil servants, equality and diversity managers, social enterprises, small business owners as well as marginalised groups such as long-term unemployed people, women, and black and minority ethnic (BAME) young people.
