WHAT WE DO

Innervision Consultancy empowers organisations to unleash the transformative potential of social value. With a deep understanding of social impact measurement and policy frameworks, we provide strategic guidance to businesses, community orgs, and social trading organisations (STOs).

Our clients include funding agencies, social landlords, local authorities, emergency services, health and education sectors, government offices, academic institutions, VCSEs, private corporates and small businesses.

  • Consultancy and Facilitation: We have a proven track record in advising clients and leading large multinational partnerships to achieve significant outcomes in equality, diversity, and social inclusion.


  • Research, Evaluation, and Social Impact Measurement: Our work, commissioned by public sector bodies and funding agencies, involves conducting in-depth research into the needs of disadvantaged communities and formulating recommendations that have been successfully implemented to enhance service provision. Our portfolio includes collaborations with local authorities, government agencies, universities, national funding bodies, employment coalitions, and charities.


  • Training and Train the Trainers: We offer both basic and advanced training in equality and diversity, cultural competency, social inclusion, and people-centred approaches for a diverse clientele, including VCSEs, and public and private sector organisations.


  • Accredited Training: We have secured accreditation from the Scottish Qualifications Authority to provide vocational and employability training for disadvantaged groups not engaged in education, employment, or training, specifically tailored for a community organisation.


  • Coaching and Mentoring: Our approach to capacity building and performance enhancement focuses on civil service managers specialising in equality, diversity, and social inclusion, as well as equality managers within the criminal justice sector and the Ministry of Defence. We also provide mentoring for small business owners and employability coaching for unemployed youth.


  • Equality, Diversity, and Social Inclusion: Our extensive experience, spanning nearly three decades, underscores our dedication to addressing social inequality and supporting disadvantaged and marginalised communities.


  • Leadership and People Management: As strategic contributors and board members/trustees for several organisations, we play a pivotal role in the development and empowerment of staff, networks, managers, and boards to achieve equality and diversity goals.


  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Our exceptional communication capabilities, honed through years of consultancy, training, facilitation, and coaching, enable us to effectively tailor our messaging for maximum impact, leveraging an understanding of diverse learning styles.


  • Strategic Planning: We specialise in crafting action plans, strategic frameworks, and business strategies for VCSEs and social landlords, aiming for sustainable growth and development.


  • Project Management: Our expertise in guiding organisations through the complexities of standards, legislative, and regulatory compliance is demonstrated through our work with emergency services, hospitals, councils, and academic institutions. We also manage extensive multinational project teams for projects funded by the European Commission.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrating a knack for connecting with hard to reach groups, we have established strong community ties and employ an inclusive approach to research commissions. Our recent initiatives include monitoring and evaluating regional partnership efforts to enhance service delivery and the experience of those served.
