Business Growth Support
Liverpool City Region Race Hub Growth Programme
Innervision has been commissioned to develop a comprehensive Business Support Account Management programme for the Liverpool City Region Race Equality Hub. This innovative initiative aims to tackle systemic racial inequality by providing targeted support to Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) businesses across the region.
Innervision’s associates are utilising a coaching approach to implement the Account Manager model. A key feature of this model is its focus on providing tailored, one-to-one business support. This personalised approach will assist BAME-led businesses in identifying growth opportunities, setting goals, and navigating the various business support services available. The programme will be piloted over 12 months, engaging 20 businesses, 10 with 0-2 years of experience and 10 with over 2 years of operation.
The objectives of this project are to test the effectiveness of the Account Manager model, learn about the critical success factors, and ensure the service can be integrated with mainstream business support provision. The project will also generate a findings report with recommendations for future delivery, ensuring that the programme can be scaled up to benefit more businesses across the region.
This commission highlights Innervision’s ongoing commitment to driving race equity and supporting BAME-led businesses, ensuring they receive the tailored support needed to thrive in today’s competitive market.
